Abstract:

Diabetes mellitus is the most common disorder in developed and developing countries, and the disease is increasing rapidly in most parts of the world. It has been estimated that up to one-third of patients with diabetes mellitus use some form of complementary and alternative medicine. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disorder of the carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism that contributes to several kinds of complications including male defective reproductive capacity. In fact, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus is frequently linked with sexual and reproductive dysfunctions in male humans and experimental animals in the form of sterility, erectile dysfunction, reduced libido, semen alterations due to decreased serum androgen levels and impairment of spermatogenesis...............

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of aqueous extracts of the stem bark of Sclerocarya birrea on the lipid membrane structure of the hepatocytes of Wistar rats. For this, we made the aqueous extraction with the powder of the dried bark of Sclerocarya birrea by the method of Bintou M. (2010). We proceeded to the serum transaminase testing for biochemical examinations then we realized the isolation of rat hepatocytes by cold trypsinization method and lipid extraction drawing inspiration from the method known as solvent gradient used by Stephan et al. (2004) for extracting mycobacterial lipids that has been adapted to the hepatocytes. And finally the impact of aqueous extracts of the barks of Sclerocarya birrea on the lipid membrane structure hepatocytes Wistar rats was assessed by thin layer chromatography of cellular lipids after oral administration of aqueous extracts from barks of Sclerocarya birrea rats Wistar to 50, 100, 200, 300 and 400 mg / Kg.............

Abstract:

Background and Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between existential anxiety and demoralization syndrome in predicting psychological mental wellbeing in people with cancer. Materials and methods:The study employed a correlation research design. 57 patients with cancer (skin, breast, and stomach), 20 to 40 years, referring to hospitals in Ardabil were selected by purposive sampling. The selected individuals completed existential anxiety, demoralization syndrome and psychological well-being Questionnaires. To analyze the data, stepwise regression analysis was used. Results: The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between the existential anxiety and predicting psychological well-being in people with cancer (p<0/01) and also there is a significant negative correlation between demoralization syndrome and prediction of depression in people with cancer (p <0/01)..........

Abstract:

The development of nanotechnology and nanosciences increasing the interest towards the researchers because of its unique properties .The combination of nanotechnology with otherfields of sciences including physics, chemistry, and biology has put forward interest towards the synthesis of nanoparticles from their respective metals. Many types of nanoparticles have been synthesized. Among all, copper nanoparticles received much attention because of its high electrical conductivity, high melting point, low electrochemical properties, low cost, significant and broad-spectrum bioactivity. Copper nanoparticles have prominent role in the field of medical , electronic devices, biosensors , reagents in various reactions, lubricants and biotechnology. Due to the large surface area to volume ratio , copper metal ions and their derivatives have been widely used because of its effective pharmacological activities . This article mainly foussed on the different pharmacological activities of copper nanoparticles..
